This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed in connection with the use of the Labelka application ("the App") and this website.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Providing the App — performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
Order and shipment synchronization — performance of a contract and the controller's legitimate interest in automating the customer's logistics processes (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f))
Contact and support — the controller's legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f))
Accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c))

4. Recipients of data

Data may be shared with parties necessary to deliver the service, in particular: courier companies (to deliver the shipment), the Baselinker platform (to synchronize orders), hosting and IT infrastructure providers running the App, and — where required by law — public authorities.

5. Retention period

Data is retained for as long as the App is used, and afterwards for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax law) or to pursue claims, no longer than the statute-of-limitations period for such claims.

6. Data subject rights

Every data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of their data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). 7. Cookies

The Labelka website may use cookies strictly necessary for the site to function correctly. The App may additionally use technical cookies and similar technologies necessary to maintain a user session.

8. Data security

Integration secrets such as API tokens for external systems (e.g. Baselinker) are stored encrypted. The controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.

9. Changes to this policy

The controller reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Users will be notified of material changes via the App or this website.
